Refund Policy

Return eligibility, refund timing, and what to do if something arrives damaged or incorrect.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Eligible returns

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
  • Return requests should include your order number and reason for return.
  • Products returned in non-resaleable condition may not qualify for a full refund.

Non-returnable items

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces — including custom neon-style items — unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • Items clearly marked final sale at the time of purchase.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email support@auravoom.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.

How refunds are issued

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect.

After a refund is issued, your bank or card provider may take several additional business days to post it.
