Refund Policy

Return eligibility, refund timing, and what to do if something arrives damaged or incorrect.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. We accept returns on both defective and non-defective items, and exchanges within the same 30-day window. There is no restocking fee.

Eligible returns

  • Items must be in new condition with original packaging and all included accessories.
  • Returns are accepted by mail only.
  • Return requests should include your order number and reason for return.
  • Products returned in non-resaleable condition may not qualify for a full refund.

Non-returnable items

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces, including custom neon-style items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • Items clearly marked final sale at the time of purchase.

Return shipping cost

Return shipping is free. AuraVoom provides a prepaid return label for all eligible returns — including change-of-mind, sizing, color, and style. You will not be charged any return shipping fees.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, AuraVoom covers the full cost of the return or replacement after reviewing the issue. Please email support@auravoom.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email support@auravoom.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.

How refunds are issued

Once your return is delivered to us, we'll inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. If you paid the $9.90 Standard shipping upgrade, those shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect.

After a refund is issued, your bank or card provider may take several additional business days to post it to your account.
