Shipping at a glance

  • Free standard shipping on all US orders — no minimum.
  • International orders: rates calculated at checkout based on destination.
  • Processing: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard shipping: typically 5-7 business days after dispatch.
  • Tracking is sent by email once an order ships.

Delivery timing

Transit times vary by destination, season, and carrier. Remote or international destinations may take a little longer, and the final delivery estimate shown at checkout is the most accurate timeline for your order.

Tracking & order changes

  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.
  • If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best before dispatch.
  • If tracking hasn't updated or the carrier status looks off, visit Track order or email support.

Returns

  • 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted by mail only.
  • Items must be in new, like-new condition with original packaging and all included accessories.
  • No restocking fee.
  • To start a return, email support@auravoom.com with your order number and reason for return; we'll reply with return instructions and the mailing address.
  • Custom, personalized, or marked final-sale items are not eligible unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email support@auravoom.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can make it right quickly.

Refund timing

Once your return is delivered to us, we'll inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional business days to post the refund to your account.
